  • 1/4 cup Basmati rice or govind bhog rice
  • 1/4 cup Dhuli moong dal
  • 3/4 tablespoon Ghee or 2. 5 tablespoon oil
  • 1/4 inch Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Green cardamom
  • 3/4 Cloves
  • 1/4 Tej patta
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds or cumin powder
  • 1/4 inch Grated ginger
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.13-0.19 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1/4 pinch Asafoetida optional
  • 1/2 Small tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 Green chili, chopped
  • 0.13 cup small to medium potatoes, cauliflower and 1/2 cup green peas or 1 to 1. 5 cups of chopped mix vegetables like cauliflower, peas, potatoes and carrots
  • 0.13 teaspoon Sugar or as required optional
  • As required Rock salt or sendha namak as required
