• 0.5 teaspoon Ginger+garlic paste
• 1 Small tomato, chopped
• 0.25 teaspoon Turmeric
• 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
• 0.5 teaspoon Ground cumin
• 0.5 teaspoon Ground coriander
• 0.5 teaspoon Garam masala
• As required To taste salt
• 2 cup Atta/whole wheat flour
• 1 teaspoon Ajwain or cumin seeds
• As required To taste salt
• 1 tablespoon Oil, plus more for cooking
• 1 cup 3/4 water, more if needed
