• 2 Garlic Cloves, Crushed
• 0.5 Each green, red and yellow pepper, deseeded and chopped
• 400 milliliter Vegetable Stock
• 400 gram Can chopped tomatoes
• 1 tablespoon Malt vinegar
• 1 teaspoon Sugar
• 200 gram Long grain rice
