• 6 ounce Corn, off the cob, you can buy it already off the cob to make it easier
• 6 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
• 5 tablespoon Olive oil
• 0.5 teaspoon Ground Cumin
• 0.5 teaspoon Ground Curry
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
