Ingredients For Vegan Lasagna Soup Recipe

• 1 Large Onion
• 7 ounce 2 carrots approx
• 2 stick Celery approx. 4. 5 oz
• 3 Cloves of garlic
• 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
• 1 tablespoon Agave syrup or other syrup/sugar to taste
• 2.7 ounce Sunflower or soy granules *see blog post for options
• 14 ounce 1x can strained tomatoes or tomato passata
• 14 ounce 1x can chopped tomatoes
• 750 milliliter Vegetable broth 3 3 a1/4 cups
• 1 teaspoon Paprika powder or a pinch of chili to taste
• 2 teaspoon Italian herbs mix of oregano, basil, thyme
• teaspoon A tsp salt or more according to taste
• 0.5 teaspoon A black pepper or to taste
• 8.8 ounce Lasagna noodles or other noodles
• Fresh parsley or other fresh greens, optional
• Vegan parmesan for the topping
