Ingredients for Vegan Lasagna Soup Recipe

  • 1/4-1/2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/4 Large Onion
  • 1.75 ounce 2 carrots approx
  • 1/2 stick Celery approx. 4. 5 oz
  • 3/4 Cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1/4-1/2 tablespoon Agave syrup or other syrup/sugar to taste

  • 3.50 ounce 1x can strained tomatoes or tomato passata
  • 3.50 ounce 1x can chopped tomatoes
  • 187.50 milliliter Vegetable broth 3 3 a1/4 cups
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika powder or a pinch of chili to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian herbs mix of oregano, basil, thyme
  • teaspoon A tsp salt or more according to taste
  • 0.13 teaspoon A black pepper or to taste
  • 2.20 ounce Lasagna noodles or other noodles
  • As required Fresh parsley or other fresh greens, optional
  • As required Vegan parmesan for the topping
