STEP 2.In a pan cook the soaked rice for 5 minute.
STEP 3.In a grinder add the cooked rice and make a coarse paste.
STEP 4.In a pan add water, 2 tbsp of chana dal, hing 1 tsp , salt, grated coconut and mix everything well.
STEP 5.Add ghee and cook for 2 minutes.
STEP 6.Now add the prepared rice paste in the pan and let it cook for a few minutes.
STEP 7.Turn the stove off and let the mix cool for a while.
STEP 8.Make small balls from the rice mix.
STEP 9.In a steamer stem the prepared rice balls for 10 - 12 minutes.
STEP 10.Serve in a plate and garnish with ghee.
