Undrallu is a Sacrament prepared in South India for Lord Ganesh . A very simple and elegant dish.

Rinse and soak rice for 4-5 hours.
In a pan cook the soaked rice for 5 minute.
In a grinder add the cooked rice and make a coarse paste.
In a pan add water, 2 tbsp of chana dal, hing 1 tsp , salt, grated coconut and mix everything well.
Add ghee and cook for 2 minutes.
Now add the prepared rice paste in the pan and let it cook for a few minutes.
Turn the stove off and let the mix cool for a while.
Make small balls from the rice mix.
In a steamer stem the prepared rice balls for 10 - 12 minutes.
Serve in a plate and garnish with ghee.
