STEP 1.Mix flour and semolina and rub it with a little water. Now make it small like Simui with the help of hands. Now dry it in the sun.

STEP 3.Now let it boil with milk.
STEP 4.Now stir in the powdered milk and sugar over low heat.
STEP 5.Now take it down with Nolen gur, serve hot or cold on the traditional chusi pitha.
