Ingredients for leftover roti noodles Recipe

  • 1 Pieces roti (the day before)
  • 1/2 Pieces potato finely chopped Beans
  • As Required cauliflower powder
  • as required coriander as required green peas as needed
  • 1.50 Pieces chilli
  • 1/2 Pieces Chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • to taste Salt and sugar
  • As Required White oil as needed

Directions: Leftover Roti Noodles Recipe

  • STEP 1.First start the roti and cut it with scissors.

  • STEP 2.Then heat oil and lightly fry with all the vegetables. When onion and chilli are fried, stir fry with turmeric, cumin powder, salt and sugar to taste.
