#snack Most of the time we make all the snacks by boiling the potatoes. Potatoes are not always boiled. Boiling potatoes, peeling is almost time consuming. So this is a simple potato ball snack that can be made quickly without any hassle when a guest suddenly comes to the house.

Ingredients for potato ball Recipe

  • 1 Pieces Potatoes
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1.50 Pieces chilli
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoons Tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Green chili sauce
  • to taste Salt and sugar
  • 1 tablespoons Rice powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon besan / flour
  • As Required White oil as needed

Directions: Potato Ball Recipe

  • STEP 1.Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Then you have to squeeze the grated potato and take out the potato juice.
  • STEP 2.Now mix half of onion, ginger-garlic paste, raw chilli powder and all the powdered spices, sauce, salt and sugar with the grated potato. Rice powder, besan / flour should be used as required and mixed well.
  • STEP 3.Rice powder should be sprinkled on an average in the shape of round balls.
  • STEP 4.Heat white oil and fry the balls over low heat. Put it down and leave it on the tissue paper. Serve with sauce.
