  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1/4 cup Suji/semolina
  • 250 gm Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Powder milk
  • 1 g Nolen gur
  • 1.50 tbsp Ghee
  • to taste Suger

Directions: Traditional Chusi Payes Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix flour and semolina and rub it with a little water. Now make it small like Simui with the help of hands. Now dry it in the sun.
  • STEP 2.Now heat ghee in a pan and fry the chusis till they turn red.

  • STEP 4.Now stir in the powdered milk and sugar over low heat.

  • STEP 5.Now take it down with Nolen gur, serve hot or cold on the traditional chusi pitha.
