  • 1 cup Spinach, Blanched And Chopped
  • 1 Potatoes, Boiled And Mashed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 1 tablespoon Breadcrumbs

  • STEP 1.Boil and mash the potatoes.
  • STEP 2.Blanch the spinach and chop finely.
  • STEP 3.In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, chopped spinach, ginger-garlic paste, spices, and breadcrumbs.
  • STEP 4.Mix well and shape the mixture into kebabs.
  • STEP 5.Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the kebabs until golden brown on both sides.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot with mint chutney.

  • You can add grated paneer or crumbled tofu for extra texture and protein.
