Ingredients for tomato finger Recipe

  • 1/2 Pieces Tomato
  • 1/2 Pieces Boiled potato
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/2 Tsp coriander and garam masala powder
  • to taste A little chilli powder
  • to taste Salt and sugar
  • 1 tablespoons Rice powder
  • As Required White oil as needed
  • As Required Poppy as needed

Directions: Tomato Finger Recipe

  • STEP 1.First you have to lightly steam the tomatoes and peel the tomatoes. Then you have to paste the tomatoes.
  • STEP 2.Now you have to peel the boiled potatoes and grate them.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and first add tomato paste mixed with Adarsunbata, all powdered spices and salt and sugar to taste.
  • STEP 4.When the tomato leaves smell raw, stir in the boiled potatoes. Then mix the rice powder little by little as required and take it down to 1 mound.
  • STEP 5.Now you have to make it in the shape of a finger and apply it on the poppy finger. If you want, you can keep the fingers in the fridge for a while. Now heat the oil and fry the fingers. Serve with salad and tomato sauce.
