STEP 1.First take the rice, roast it well, boil the rice in pressure cooker in high flame in 4 whistles. Then switch off the flame. Keep aside. Boiled rice ready.
STEP 2.Then take the pan, heat it in medium flame, add redchillies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, dry roast it. It smells aroma. Then switch off the flame. Lets cool. Then take it in a jar, grind it becomes fine powder. Masala powder ready. Keep aside.
STEP 3.Then take the pan, heat it in medium flame, add ginger pieces, dry roast it well. Then switch off the flame. Lets cool. Then take it in a jar, grind it becomes paste. Ginger paste ready. Keep aside.
STEP 4.Then take the tomatoes, cut it in small pieces, take it in a jar, grind it becomes paste. Tomato paste ready. Keep aside.
STEP 5.Then take the pan, heat it in medium flame, add oil, mustard seeds, fry it and saute it well. Then add tomato paste, turmeric, salt, coriander leaves, curry leaves, mix it well. Cook 15 mins.
STEP 6.Then add masala powder, ginger paste, mix it well. Stir 5 mins. Then switch off the flame.
STEP 7.Finally add boiled rice. Mix it well. Serve it. So traditional and tasty ππ. Enjoy β₯οΈβ₯οΈ.
