  • 0.33 Cup Cauliflower
  • 0.33 Cup Potatoes
  • 0.33 Cup Basmati rice
  • 0.67 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Pieces Green chillies
  • 0.33 Cup Onions
  • 0.33 Tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 0.33 Tsp Redchilli powder
  • 0.33 Tsp Turmeric
  • To Taste Salt
  • 0.33 Tsp Garam masala powder
  • 0.33 Pieces Cinnamon
  • 0.67 Pieces Cloves
  • 0.33 Pieces Bayleaf
  • 0.33 Pieces Star anise
  • 0.67 Pieces Peppercorns
  • 0.33 Pieces piece mace
  • 0.33 Cup Coriander leaves
  • A Bunch Curry leaves
  • As Required Water

Directions: Aloo Gobi Pulao🍚πŸ₯”πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹ Recipe

  • STEP 1.First boil cauliflower on high flame with water, turmeric & salt. After, soak basmati rice with water 30 mins. After boiling cauliflower, strain d water, add chilli powder in it. Let sit it 15 mins. Then, boil d basmati rice with water on high flame, strain d water, clean d rice in cool water, dry it. Finally, take d pan, heat it on medium flame, add butter, whole spices, ginger garlic paste, onions, green chillies, potato, fry it & saute it well, then add water, boil it.
  • STEP 2.Then, add boiled cauliflower, garam masala mix it well. Finally add boiled rice, mix it well & cook it 5 mins on low flame. Then switch off d flame. Serve it. It's really superb taste πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘Œ. Enjoy it😍β™₯️.
