Ingredients for Curry leaves rice🌿🌿🌿🍚🍚 Recipe

  • 50 g Curry leaves
  • 1/2 Pieces Tamarind
  • 1/2 Cup Rice
  • 1.50 Pieces redchillies
  • 1/2 Tbsp Coriander seeds
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cumin seeds
  • 1/2 Tbsp Toordal
  • 1/2 Tbsp Chanadal
  • 1/2 Tbsp Urad Dal
  • 2.50 Pieces Black pepper corns
  • 1/2 Tsp Hing
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp Hot sunflower oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • 25 g ms peanuts
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric
  • 5 Bunches Curry leaves

Directions: Curry Leaves Rice🌿🌿🌿🍚🍚 Recipe

  • STEP 1.First, take d pan, heat it in medium flame, add oil, redchillies, fry it well & saute it well. Take it in a jar. Then add toordal, chanadal, urad Dal, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, pepper, fry it well & saute it well. It becomes golden brown color. Then switch off the flame. Let's cool. Take it in a jar, add salt, grind it becomes fine powder. Masala powder ready.
  • STEP 2.Then take d pan, heat it in medium flame, add oil, curry leaves cleaned & dry it in cloth, fry it & saute it well. Then add tamarind piece. Then switch off the flame. Take it in a jar, grind it becomes fine powder. Mix it in masala powder. Keep aside.
  • STEP 3.Then boil d rice in pressure cooker in 4 whistles. Then switch off the flame. Keep aside.
  • STEP 4.Then take d pan, heat it in medium flame, add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, peanuts, fry it & saute it well. Finally add turmeric, curry leaves, mix it well. Then switch off d flame. Then add boiled rice, masala powder, mix it well. Serve it. So traditional & tasty 😍😍. Enjoy ♥️♥️♥️.
