  • 83.33 g Egg
  • 1.33 Tbsp Ghee
  • 1.67 Tbsp Oil
  • 0.33 Cup Onions
  • 0.33 Cup Potatoes
  • 0.67 Pieces Green chillies
  • 0.33 Tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 0.67 Pieces redchillies
  • 0.33 Tsp Coriander seeds
  • 0.17 Cup Coriander leaves
  • A Bunch Curry leaves
  • 0.33 Cup Basmati rice
  • 0.33 Pieces Bayleaf
  • 0.67 Pieces Cinnamon
  • 0.67 Pieces Cloves
  • 1 Pieces green cardamom pods
  • 0.33 Tbsp Shahjeera
  • 0.67 Pieces Black pepper corns
  • To Taste Salt
  • 0.33 Tsp Turmeric
  • 0.33 Cup Chilled milk
  • 0.67 Tbsp Curd

Directions: Egg Biryani🥚🥚🍚 Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak 30 mins basmati rice with water.
  • STEP 2.First take d jar, add redchillies, coriander seeds, grind it becomes fine powder. Keep aside.
  • STEP 3.After, take d jar, add small pieces onions, grind it becomes paste. Keep aside.
  • STEP 4.After, take d pan, heat it in medium flame, add oil 2tbsp, sliced onions, fry it becomes golden brown color. Keep aside.
  • STEP 5.After, take d pan, heat it in medium flame, add oil 2 tbsp, small pieces potatoes, fry it becomes golden brown color. Keep aside.
  • STEP 6.After, boil d eggs, take d pan, heat it in medium flame, add oil 2tbsp, ghee 1tbsp, boiled eggs, fry it & saute it well. It becomes golden brown color. Keep aside.
  • STEP 7.Then, take d pan, heat it in medium flame, add water, boil it, add ghee, cloves, cardamom pods, bayleaf, shahjeera, salt, mix it well. Then, add soaked basmati rice, boil it well. Mix it well. Then, switch off d flame. Keep aside.
  • STEP 8.Then take d pan, heat it in medium flame, add oil 2tbsp, ghee 1tsp, turmeric, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom pods, peppercorns, shahjeera, fry it & saute it well. Then, add onions paste, ginger garlic paste, redchilli powder, coriander powder, fry it well. Then, add curd, milk, mix it well. Then, add fried eggs mix it well. Then, switch off d flame. Keep aside.
  • STEP 9.Then, take d pan, heat it in medium flame, take 2 layers. Take d first layer, add boiled rice, fried potatoes, fried onions, coriander leaves, eggs. Then take d second layer, add boiled rice, fried onions, fried potatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, milk, ghee, eggs. Close d lid. Cook 10 mins. Serve it with cucumber & lemon. So tasty 😍😍.
