  • 0.33 Cup Rice
  • 0.33 Inch green chili
  • 0.33 Pieces Ginger
  • A Bunch Curry leaves
  • 5 g Peanuts
  • 1 Inch redchillies
  • 0.33 Tsp Mustard seeds
  • 0.33 Tsp Fenugreek seeds
  • 0.33 Tsp White sesame seeds
  • 0.33 Tsp Black sesame seeds
  • 1.33 Tbsp Oil
  • 0.33 Tsp Mustard seeds
  • 0.33 Tsp Cumin seeds
  • 0.67 Pieces Tamarind
  • 0.33 Pieces Jaggery
  • 0.33 Tsp Salt
  • 0.33 Tsp Turmeric
  • A Pinch Coriander leaves

Directions: Andhra Pulihora😋😋😋 Recipe

  • STEP 1.First clean the rice, boil the rice with water in high flame in pressure cooker in 4 whistles. Then switch off the flame. Keep aside.
  • STEP 2.Then, take the pan, heat it in medium flame, add mustard seeds, redchillies, fenugreek seeds, white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, dry roast it. Let's cool it. Then take it in a jar, grind it becomes fine powder. Masala powder ready.
  • STEP 3.Then, take the cooked rice, add masala powder, mix it well.
  • STEP 4.Then, take the pan, heat it in medium flame, add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, peanuts, ginger pieces, sliced green chillies, salt, turmeric, curry leaves, fry it well & saute it well. Then add tamarind juice, jaggery, boil it well. It becomes thickness. Then, switch off the flame. Then add cooked rice, masala added, mix it well. Serve it. So tasty 😍😍. Enjoy ♥️♥️.
