Ingredients for Temple Style Mustard Pulihora😋😋😋 Recipe

  • 5 g Peanuts
  • 1/2 Pieces Jaggery
  • 1/2 Pieces tamarind
  • 1/2 Pieces greenchillies
  • A Bunch Coriander leaves
  • A Bunch Curry leaves
  • 1/2 Cup Rice
  • 1/2 Tsp Black mustard seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp White sesame seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp Fenugreek seess
  • 1 Pieces black pepper corns
  • 1 Pieces redchillies
  • 1/2 Tsp Black sesame
  • 2.50 Tbsp Mustard oil
  • 1/2 Tsp Black mustard seeds
  • 1/4 Inch Fresh ginger
  • 1/2 Tsp Hing
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric

Directions: Temple Style Mustard Pulihora😋😋😋 Recipe

  • STEP 1.First, take d pan, heat it in medium flame, add redchillies, sesame seeds, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, dry roast it well. Then switch off d flame. Let's cool it. Then take it in jar, grind it becomes fine powder. Masala powder ready. Keep aside.
  • STEP 2.Then boiled d rice. Keep aside.
  • STEP 3.Then take d pan, heat it in medium flame, add oil, mustard seeds, Hing. Ginger pieces, peanuts, turmeric, salt, fry it well. Then add green chilli, jaggery, tamarind juice, coriander leaves, curry leaves boil it well. Stir 10 mins. It becomes thickness. Then add masala powder, mix it well. Then switch off d flame. Finally add cooked rice, mix it properly. Serve it. So traditional & tasty 😍😍. Enjoy ♥️♥️♥️.
