  • 1/2 Cup Rice
  • 5 g Carrot
  • 1.50 g green chillies
  • 12.50 g avarekalu peeled
  • 12.50 g raw green peas
  • A Bunch Coriander leaves
  • 5 Bunches Curry leaves
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Cups water
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/2 g Hing
  • 1/2 Tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp Cumin seeds

Directions: Uppu Sajjige With Veggies 🍚πŸ₯•β˜˜οΈπŸ₯—πŸŒΏπŸ Recipe

  • STEP 1.First, take d pan, heat it in medium flame, add rice, roast it well. Then switch off the flame. Let's cool. Take it in a jar, grind it becomes fine powder. Then sift it well. Rice rava ready. Then add water 2 cups, mix it well. Keep aside.
  • STEP 2.Then take d pan, heat it in medium flame, add oil, Hing, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fry it well & saute it well. Then add green chilli pieces, fry it well & saute it well. Then add carrot pieces, avarekalu, raw green peas, fry it well & saute it well. Then add water 1/2 cup, boil it well. Then add little salt. Then add soaked rice rava (added water 2 cups), salt 1/2tsp, mix it well. Close d lid. Cook 10 minutes. Then mix it well. Stir 5 mins. It becomes perfect consistency. Then switch off the flame. Take it. Grease oil in hands. Make balls in that upma. Grease oil in idli plates. Keep balls in idli plates. Steam 20 mins. Then switch off the flame. Take it. Let's cool it. Serve it with roasted chanadal powder, mango pickle or any chutney. So Healthy, traditional & tasty 😍😍. Enjoy β™₯️β™₯️β™₯️.
