  • 1 Tbsp avakaya
  • 1/2 Cup Basmati rice
  • To Taste Salt
  • 50 g Boiled onions
  • 1/2 Cup Onions
  • 1/4 Cup Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 Tsp Mint leaves
  • 2 Pieces Bayleaf
  • 1 Pieces Cinnamon
  • 2 Pieces Cloves
  • 2 Pieces Green cardamon
  • 1.50 Pieces Stone flower
  • 1 Pieces Green chillies
  • 1 Tbsp Curd
  • As Required Water
  • 1/2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Butter

Directions: Avakaya Biryani πŸ₯­πŸšπŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹ Recipe

  • STEP 1.First soak basmati rice with water 30 mins. Then, take d boiler, heat it in high flame, add water, heat it 10 mins, then add cardamom pods 2, cloves 2, cinnamon 1, biryani flower 2, bayleaf 2, oil 1tbsp, salt to taste, mix it well. Then, add soaked basmati rice, boil it 10 mins. Then, strain d water. Keep it cool. Keep aside.
  • STEP 2.Then, take d pan, heat it in medium flame, add butter, cloves 2, cardamom pods 2, cinnamon 1, bayleaf 2, biryani flower 1, sliced onions, green chillies, fry it & saute it well. Then, add avakaya, curd with water, 2 onions, mix it well. Cook 10 mins. Then, add boiled basmati rice, cook 10 mins. Finally mix it well. Serve it. So tasty 😍. Enjoyβ™₯️β™₯️
