Basic recipe of garlic chutney from maharastra. Main ingredients are dry coconut and garlic with dry chillies . It tastes superb with any fried pakodas specially with vada pav. You can spread little amount of chutney on a chapati or paratha and can have it after rolling. This way also it tastes awesome.
