STEP 3.Boil 4 cup milk, until it reduces to 1 cup. Add 1/4 cup sugar until the sugar dissolves. Turn off the stove and let it cool completely.
STEP 4.Blend 1 cup of tender coconut flesh with 1/2 cup tender coconut water.
STEP 5.Extract one cup of coconut milk. Blend 3 cup grated coconut with 2 cup warm water and strain it with a clean cloth.
STEP 6.Mix all together in a bowl and refrigerate for 4 hours. Serve chilled. If prefferred you can add cashews sauteed in ghee or add grated badam.
