STEP 1.Remove the coconut skin if you want to make the burfi with skin you don’t remove the skin. Heat one tsp ghee in a pan and slightly roast the coconut. Put the grated coconut in a mixer jar and grind it ( one turn is enough ) boil 1/4 cup water and add the sugar. Mix it and make the sugar syrup with one string consistency. Add the coconut and mix it. Add the ghee in between. Stir until the mixture become thick and separates from the pan ,transfer the mixture in a greased plate and cut into pieces.
