An easy and healthy sweet and sour dish.Gongura thogayal or sorrel leaves thogayal with onion, garlic and red chillies along with fenugreek seeds, mustard and other ingredients makes it spicy, flavourful and delicious!
STEP 8.7.add garlic,soaked tamarind,1 tbsp salt,cooked gongura leaves into the paste and grind it.
STEP 9.8.now take a pot,add 100 ml sesame oil and heat,1 tbsp mustard seeds,2 tbsp gram dal,20 garlic cloves and curry leaves.
STEP 10.9.mix well.
STEP 11.10.then add 5 dry red chilli,gongura paste and cook on low flame for 5 mins.
