Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Wash and chop the gongura leaves and potatoes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 5.Add the chopped gongura leaves and cook until they wilt.
  • STEP 6.Add the chopped potatoes and mix well. Cover and cook until the potatoes are tender.
  • STEP 7.Gongura Potato is ready to serve. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
