• 1 tablespoon Natural yoghurt
• 2 Lamb eye of loin
• NaN Salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 2 Baby cos lettuces, leaves separated, washed, dried
• 1 Lebanese cucumber, halved lengthways, thinly sliced diagonally
• 1 Red capsicum, halved, deseeded, thinly sliced
• 1 Small red onion, halved, thinly sliced
• 80 gram Roasted salted cashews
• 75 gram 1 pkt patak's mini pappadums
• 0.5 cup Fresh coriander leaves
• 0.5 cup Fresh mint leaves
• 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
• 2 tablespoon Peanut oil
• 2 tablespoon Mango Chutney
