Directions : Tamales De Cajeta Recipe

STEP 1.In a bowl add shortening and sugar

STEP 2.Whip until cream

STEP 3.Add baking powder,cinnamon, and ½ masa harina

STEP 4.Add remain masa harina and mix well

STEP 5.Add the chopped pecans

STEP 6.Fold them low

STEP 7.Soak the corn husk for 30mins

STEP 8.Add the masa on the center of corn husk

STEP 9.In a steamer add water

STEP 10.Add the tamales upside open

STEP 11.Steam for 1hour

STEP 12.Serve
