STEP 1.In moderately heated pan add butter / oil, add onion + green chilli and sauté till pinkish, then add potatoes + salt and sauté for 4-5 minutes under medium flame.
STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, break eggs, add milk, salt + turmeric and mix well and keep aside.
STEP 3.Add capsicum and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Veggie is ready.
STEP 4.Now add the cooked veggie into egg mixture and add chopped tomatoes also and mix nicely.
STEP 5.Now in a pan add butter, pour the mixture and spread evenly all around the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes by covering under low to medium flame.
STEP 6.Now flip the other side of the omelette and cook for 3-4 minutes under low flame, switch off gas and keep in stand by for 1-2 minutes.
STEP 7.Now omelette is cooked and allow to cool for few seconds.
STEP 8.Cut into desired pieces and serve hot .
