STEP 2.Add cut shimla mirch in a bowl and mix curd in it. Keep aside for 10 mins.
STEP 3.Heat oil in kadahi. Add jeera, mustard seeds and curry leaves. Let it fry for a second.
STEP 4.Add curd shimla mirch mixture in it. Cook for sometime. Mix salt, hing and green chilli.
STEP 5.Cover and cook for 2-3 mins. Switch off the gas.
STEP 6.Add garam masala and coriander leaves.
