Ingredients for Shimla mirch dahi ke sabji Recipe

  • 125 g Shimla mirch
  • 25 g Dahi
  • 3/4 Tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 Tsp mustard seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp Jeera
  • A Pinch Hing
  • 1/2 Tsp Gram masala
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1.50 Pieces curry leaves
  • 1/4 Cup water

Directions: Shimla Mirch Dahi Ke Sabji Recipe

  • STEP 1.Chop shimla mirch in small pieces.
  • STEP 2.Add cut shimla mirch in a bowl and mix curd in it. Keep aside for 10 mins.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in kadahi. Add jeera, mustard seeds and curry leaves. Let it fry for a second.
  • STEP 4.Add curd shimla mirch mixture in it. Cook for sometime. Mix salt, hing and green chilli.
  • STEP 5.Cover and cook for 2-3 mins. Switch off the gas.
  • STEP 6.Add garam masala and coriander leaves.
