• 2 cup idli rice
• As required Salt

• 1 cup chickpeas flour
• 1 tablespoon Semolina
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 1 tablespoon Sugar
• 1 teaspoon Fruit salt
• Water
• For Tempering
• 1 tablespoon Oil
• 1 teaspoon mustered seeds
• pinch Asafoetida
• 2 green chilies slices
• Other Ingredients
• 0.5 cup sugar diluted water
• pinch red chilli powder to sh sprinkle on top
• coriander leaves, chillies and coconut powder to garnish
• Red, green chutney to serve with
