Recipe By Slurrp

Grilled sandwich dhokla is a delicious and innovative twist on the traditional Indian snack. It combines the flavors of dhokla, a steamed savory cake made from fermented batter, with the crispy and cheesy goodness of a grilled sandwich. The dhokla is layered with a spicy green chutney and sandwiched between slices of bread, which are then grilled to perfection. This dish is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or as a tea-time snack.
