STEP 1.Soak and boil the bengali gram , them smash

STEP 2.Smash the jaggery well

STEP 3.Heat a pan and add the jaggery

STEP 4.Add water to keep its consistency

STEP 5.Add the boiled and smashed bengal gram in the jaggery

STEP 6.Add the elachi powder in the mixture and let it cool

STEP 7.Soak and grind the rice with the black gram to

STEP 8.Add sugar and salt, keep its consistency

STEP 9.Heat the fry pan add oil to deep fry

STEP 10.Make small balls of the jaggery and bengal gram paste

STEP 11.Coat it with the batter of rice and black gram

STEP 12.Deep fry the balls until they turn brown
