Soak and boil the bengali gram , them smash

Smash the jaggery well

Heat a pan and add the jaggery

Add the boiled and smashed bengal gram in the jaggery

Add the elachi powder in the mixture and let it cool

Heat the fry pan add oil to deep fry
STEP 10
Make small balls of the jaggery and bengal gram paste

Coat it with the batter of rice and black gram

Deep fry the balls until they turn brown
