Directions : Pumpkin Porridge Recipe

STEP 1.1. Cut the pumpkin.

STEP 2.2. Take water and sugar in a pan and boil until the sugar dissolves.

STEP 3.3. Add the black beans and cook for 7 minutes on high

STEP 4.4. Now make the batter by adding black beans in rice flour. Make a dough.

STEP 5.5. Make small balls using dough portions.

STEP 6.6. Bake the pumpkin. Then take out the pumpkin from the skin and then blend.

STEP 7.7. Combine water and sweet rice flour and then add the mixture into the pan with pumpkin.

STEP 8.8. Add salt and sugar to your taste

STEP 9.9. Once it starts to boil add the rice balls and cook for 5 minutes. Serve with the black bean sauce.
