It's a delicious and easy korean unique recipe.The Korean word – Hobak is a generic term for pumpkin, squash (US) and zucchini. But when we refer to Hobakjuk, it is usually made with danhobak , which is known as kabocha squash, Japanese pumpkin, and Kent pumpkin in some English speaking countries.

  • 900 gram Pumpkin
  • 4 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon sweet rice flour
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • As required Bean ingredients
  • 400 gram black bean
  • 0.67 cup Brown Sugar

Directions: Pumpkin Porridge Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Cut the pumpkin.

  • STEP 2.2. Take water and sugar in a pan and boil until the sugar dissolves.

  • STEP 3.3. Add the black beans and cook for 7 minutes on high

  • STEP 4.4. Now make the batter by adding black beans in rice flour. Make a dough.
