  • STEP 1.In a saucepan, heat milk and bring it to a boil.
  • STEP 2.Add ragi flour to the boiling milk and stir continuously to avoid lumps.
  • STEP 3.Cook the mixture on low heat for 5-7 minutes until it thickens.
  • STEP 4.Add jaggery to the porridge and mix well until it dissolves.
  • STEP 5.Simmer for another 2-3 minutes and remove from heat.
