STEP 1.Take potato and pigeon. Cut into pieces . Marinate the meat with salt and turmeric for 1/2 an hour.

STEP 1.Make a paste of onion, ginger, garlic, cinnamon, cardamom, green chilli and black pepper.

STEP 1.In hot oil, add dry red chilli, bay leaf, and panchfuron. Saute for sometime and add the masala paste prepared. Add turmeric powder and salt. Keep stirring.

STEP 1.Add the rest of the masala.
STEP 1.3. Now add the meat and chopped potatoes. Cook on high flame for 5-6 minutes.
STEP 2.4. Keep stirring. Add half a glass of water. Make a boil. Put the lid and cook for 10-15 minutes. Check once.
STEP 3.Usually takes 30 minutes to cook as well.
STEP 4.Mash the potatoes in between. Yummy pigeon meat curry is ready.
