  • 1 cup Chopped coriander
  • 3 No.s Green chillies
  • 1 tablespoon Panetanga
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard oil
  • 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 2 No.s minced Garlic
  • As required Spices
  • 2 No.s Bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom
  • 1 inch Cinnamon
  • 3 No.s Dry red chilli
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

How to Make Pigeon Meat Curry Recipe

STEP 01

Take potato and pigeon. Cut into pieces . Marinate the meat with salt and turmeric for 1/2 an hour.

Make a paste of onion, ginger, garlic, cinnamon, cardamom, green chilli and black pepper.

In hot oil, add dry red chilli, bay leaf, and panchfuron. Saute for sometime and add the masala paste prepared. Add turmeric powder and salt. Keep stirring.

Add the rest of the masala.

3. Now add the meat and chopped potatoes. Cook on high flame for 5-6 minutes.

STEP 06

4. Keep stirring. Add half a glass of water. Make a boil. Put the lid and cook for 10-15 minutes. Check once.

STEP 07

Usually takes 30 minutes to cook as well.

STEP 08

Mash the potatoes in between. Yummy pigeon meat curry is ready.
