Ingredients for Pigeon Meat Curry Recipe

  • 2 No.s Potatoes
  • 2 No.s Onions
  • 1 cup Chopped coriander
  • 3 No.s Green chillies
  • 1 tablespoon Panetanga
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Mustard oil
  • 1 tablespoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee
  • 2 No.s minced Garlic
  • As required Spices
  • 2 No.s Bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon Cardamom
  • 1 inch Cinnamon
  • 3 No.s Dry red chilli
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Panchfuron
  • 1 tablespoon Meat masala
  • 1 tablespoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Red chilli powder

Directions: Pigeon Meat Curry Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Take potato and pigeon. Cut into pieces . Marinate the meat with salt and turmeric for 1/2 an hour.

  • STEP 1.Make a paste of onion, ginger, garlic, cinnamon, cardamom, green chilli and black pepper.

  • STEP 1.In hot oil, add dry red chilli, bay leaf, and panchfuron. Saute for sometime and add the masala paste prepared. Add turmeric powder and salt. Keep stirring.

  • STEP 1.Add the rest of the masala.

  • STEP 1.3. Now add the meat and chopped potatoes. Cook on high flame for 5-6 minutes.

  • STEP 2.4. Keep stirring. Add half a glass of water. Make a boil. Put the lid and cook for 10-15 minutes. Check once.

step 7

  • STEP 3.Usually takes 30 minutes to cook as well.

step 8

  • STEP 4.Mash the potatoes in between. Yummy pigeon meat curry is ready.
