Directions : Papad Ki Sabzi Recipe

STEP 1.1 break 3 papads into pieces.

STEP 2.2 in a bowl take red chilli powder, coriander powder, haldi, salt dry mango powder, ¾ cup of water and mix well.

STEP 3.3 in a pan take oil, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and asafoetida.

STEP 4.4 add papad to the pan and cook at high flame until the papad gets roasted

STEP 5.5 add the masala mixture and 1 cup water in the pan.

STEP 6.6 cover it and cook for 5 minutes.

STEP 7.7 finally add kasuri methi and garam masala, sir it and your papad ki sabzi is ready.
