2 in a bowl take red chilli powder, coriander powder, haldi, salt dry mango powder, ¾ cup of water and mix well.
3 in a pan take oil, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and asafoetida.
4 add papad to the pan and cook at high flame until the papad gets roasted
5 add the masala mixture and 1 cup water in the pan.
6 cover it and cook for 5 minutes.
7 finally add kasuri methi and garam masala, sir it and your papad ki sabzi is ready.
