Rajasthani papad ki sabzi is a quick and easy dish made with papad and loaded with spices. The dish is very easy to make and very tasty to consume. In other words it is an extension of dahi papad sabzi with tomatoes and mashed potatoes with a pinch of kasuri methi, chilli and other indian spices. Easy and quick method of making a traditional curry.

Ingredients for Papad Ki Sabzi Recipe

  • 3/4 No.s Papad
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 0.06 teaspoon Turmeric
  • As required Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mango powder
  • 0.33 cup Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oil
  • 0.13 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 0.13 teaspoon mustard seeds
  • 0.03 teaspoon Asafoetida
  • 1/4 teaspoon kasuri methi
  • 0.13 teaspoon garam masala

Directions: Papad Ki Sabzi Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 break 3 papads into pieces.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 in a bowl take red chilli powder, coriander powder, haldi, salt dry mango powder, ¾ cup of water and mix well.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 in a pan take oil, cumin seeds, mustard seeds and asafoetida.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 add papad to the pan and cook at high flame until the papad gets roasted

step 5

  • STEP 5.5 add the masala mixture and 1 cup water in the pan.

step 6

  • STEP 6.6 cover it and cook for 5 minutes.

step 7

  • STEP 7.7 finally add kasuri methi and garam masala, sir it and your papad ki sabzi is ready.
