A spicy traditional Rajasthani cuisine that involves papad's. This recipe is spicy and tasty as it swims in loads of flavours. This dish is best served with roti's and paratha's.
STEP 6.Take a hot pan with some ghee and add some cumin seeds, asafoetida, turmeric powder, green chillies,kashmiri red chilli, garlic cloves and roast for a few minutes on medium flames.
STEP 7.; add a cup of curd, turmeric powder and some salt. Keep stirring continuously.
STEP 8.Add some water for essence. Then add the roasted papad pieces and cook for 2 minutes more until they soften. At the end add some garam masala and cook for a few minutes
STEP 9.Garnish with some coriander leaves.
