STEP 1.Take a piece of paneer cut into round pieces. Make small round cut in middle with nozzle.rest of paneer chopped in a bhi. small pieces.
STEP 2.Mix pepper cardamom cinemon bay leaf and cumin seeds. Grind coursly.
STEP 3.For Gravy:-Heat oil and saute coursly grinded spices. Now add crushed garlic and ginger chilli paste. Saute properly. Add finely chopped onion saute till it looks brown. Now add curd and cook on high flame.for 2min. Add tomato puree turmeric powder red chilli powder corriender cumin powder and mix well. Cover the lid for 2-3min.
STEP 4.FOR FILLING:-Open lid and take 2tbsp greavy in another pan.Add small pieces of paneer chaat masala and red chilli powder saute properly and make dry mixture. For filling.
STEP 5.Now add cream and 1/4cup water in same pan. Mix properly add salt and again cover and cook 2-3min. Open the lid and set all rings in greavy sprinkle roasted kasuri methi on a rings and fill with paneer filling mixture. Again cover for 2-3min on slow flame. TASTY INNOVATIVE Patiyala paneer is ready to serve. Garnish with star paneer. And small paneer rounders. Serve with Naan Paratha.
