Ingredients for Vegetable egg biryani Recipe

  • 50 g bowl basmati rice
  • 1/4 Tsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 150 gms Amul paneer
  • 1 tbsp Amul ghee
  • 1/2 Pieces Bay leaf
  • 1 Pieces Cloves
  • 1/2 inch Cinnamon stick
  • 2 Pieces Black pepper
  • 1 Pieces reen cardamon
  • 1/2 Pieces Big cardamon
  • 1/2 Pieces Star
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.13 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Tandoori masala
  • 1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp birasta
  • 1/2 tsp Dry mint powder
  • 1 tbsp Chopped coriander
  • 1/2 tsp Beetroot puree
  • 1/2 tbsp Coriander mint chutney
  • 1/2 tbsp Carrot
  • 1/2 tbsp French beans
  • 1/2 tbsp Fresh peas
  • 1 tbsp Capsicum
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 1/2 Tbsp Green garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp arra lot
  • 100 gms Amul Masti
  • 1 tbsp Amul Mithai Mate
  • 1.50 Pieces Mint leaves for garnishing
  • 1/2 Pieces Charcoal for Dhrungar

Directions: Vegetable Egg Biryani Recipe

  • STEP 1.Method: -
  • STEP 2.Wash Rice and Soak For 15min.
  • STEP 3.Boil water in vessel. Add both cardamom bay leaf cinemon stick turmeric powder.
  • STEP 4.Add soaked Rice salt and 1tsp. Ghee. Lemon juice. Cook 80%Rice.
  • STEP 5.And srain. Take out bay leaf and cinemon stick
  • STEP 6.Mean while Grate Paneer and devide in a 4Parts. Take 100gms paneer for white part.
  • STEP 7.Now take one part of grated paneer and add beetroot puree salt and arra lot. Mix it properly and make a small balls. Coat with a dry arra lot.
  • STEP 8.Second part add mint coriander chutney and arra lot mix it and make a small balls.Dust in a dry Arra lot.
  • STEP 9.Third part Add turmeric powder salt and 1tsp. Of water. Mix it well.Add arralot
  • STEP 10.and prepare a balls.
  • STEP 11.In Fourth Part Add salt arralot and 1tspwater. Knead like a dough and make big size ball.
  • STEP 12.Stuff one yellow ball in a white big ball. Cover it properly. And make oval shape.
  • STEP 13.Dust in a dry arra lot.
  • STEP 14.Heat oil in a pan and fry all balls and oval shape balls on a slow mid. flame.
  • STEP 15.Take out on a tissue paper. Let it cool.
  • STEP 16.And cut oval shape ball from middle. Egg is ready.
  • STEP 17.For Biryani:-
  • STEP 18.Heat ghee in a pan crackle cuminseeds. Add star and chopped n blanch carrot french beans and fresh green peas. Add capsicum salt 1/4cup water and saute.
  • STEP 19.Now add tandoori masala and dry mint leaves powder mix it properly.
  • STEP 20.Add half boiled yellow riceand birasta mix it.
  • STEP 21.Dilute kashmiri red chilli powder in a 2tbsp. Water.and add in a rice. Mix it properly.Add Eggs in a rice pan.
  • STEP 22.For Dhrungar:-
  • STEP 23.Take a charcoal in a katori. Place it on a rice pan.Cover And give dhrungar.
  • STEP 24.Turn off flame. Take out charcoal katori. Vegetable paneer Egg Biryani is ready.
  • STEP 25.Tasty delicious Vegetable paneer Egg Biryani is ready to Serve.
  • STEP 26.Serve with chilled Dahi Angoori
