Ingredients for Mango Kalakand Recipe

  • 125 g Alphanzo
  • 75 gms Chenna
  • 1 tsp Milkpowder
  • A Few Drops Rose water few drops
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar powder

Directions: Mango Kalakand Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take chenna in a paraat and mash it with fingers tips.
  • STEP 2.Add sugar and make it soft.
  • STEP 3.Add milk powder and few drops of rose water.
  • STEP 4.Place this chenna on the mango slice tightly.A thick layer of sweet chenna mixture on Mango slice.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with mint leaves mango piece .Tasty delicious Mango Kalakand is ready to serve. Serve Chilled.
