Ingredients for Ripe Mango icecream Recipe

  • 0.08 Litre ml. Full fat Milk
  • 1/4 tbsp Gms powder
  • 1/4 tbsp Cornflour
  • 8.33 g Sugar
  • 0.33 Pieces Alphonso
  • 0.08 cup Milk powder
  • 0.17 tbsp Ghee
  • 0.33 tbsp Sugar
  • A Pinch Yellow colour pinch
  • 0.08 tsp Vanilla essence
  • As Required For Ganishing Chocate for garnishing
  • As Required For Ganishing Mint leaves for garnishing

Directions: Ripe Mango Icecream Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil milk. Take 1/4cup cold milk in a cup. Dilute Gms powder and cornflour. Mix in boiled milk. Add sugar and stir cont. On slow flame for 7-8min. Stir on high flame for 1min. Turn off the flame allow it to cool completely at room temp.
  • STEP 2.Transfer milk mixture to an air-tight container and keep in a freezer for 5-6hrs. The base is ready.
  • STEP 3.Wash peel and chop alpha no into small pieces. Take ghee in a pan saute mango pieces add 2tsp.sugar stirs cont. on slow flame till sugar melts. And mango pieces soft. Turn off the flame. Allow it to cool.
  • STEP 4.Now take the ice cream base in a big vessel. Cut into pieces. And beat with an electric beater. Add vanilla essence milk powder and beat for 7min. Lastly, add mango mixture and yellow food color. And again beat for 1min. Transfer in air-tight container sprinkles some mango pieces. And keep in a freezer. For the whole night.
  • STEP 5.Yummy delicious Mango ice cream is ready to serve. Garnish with chocolate and mint leaves.
