Ingredients for Masala Aam Papad Recipe

  • 1.25 pieces Raw mango
  • 12.50 gms Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Mint leaves
  • 1/4 Tsp Jal jeera powder
  • 1/4 A Pinch Dry ginger powder pinch
  • 1/4 Tsp Black salt
  • 1.25 tsp Ghee

Directions: Masala Aam Papad Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash peel and chop raw mango .And boil in a 1glass till it smesh .Allow it to cool. Remove water .
  • STEP 2.Churn mango pieces and fresh mint leaves .without water and filter.to get smooth paste.
  • STEP 3.Add sugar in a same pan.Mix Jaljeera powder dry ginger powder black salt . And stir well.Approximately 7-8min.
  • STEP 4.Apply ghee in a plate. Spread mixture evenly.v.thin layer .Sprinkle dry ginger powder and keep7-8hrs and1-2days in sun light.
  • STEP 5.Cut into pieces.and serve.Tasty Masala aam papad is ready to serve.
