STEP 1.Take a blender add ,all purpose flour,milk and paneer and blend it
STEP 2.Make a smooth batter.
STEP 3.Add raisins,cashew nuts and mix well
STEP 4.In a medium flame in pan add sugar and water bring to boil stir occassionaly bring into 1 string consistency.
STEP 5. Add cardamom powder in it.
STEP 6.Heat the clarified butter in a pan,reduce the flame to medium.
STEP 7.Add one spoon batter and cook till golden brown
STEP 8.Strain and soak the malpua into the sugar syrup.
STEP 9.Garnish with silver vark
STEP 10.Serve hot.
